The drainage ditch leading into a sewer grate behind our house is outgrown and filled with debris that is blocking the sewer grate. It is typically cleaned out by the city at least once a year but no one has come for more than 12 months.
Street light is out. Was reported 2 weeks ago and not fixed. This is a bus stop for school children, both elementary and secondary. Since the time change it is much more hazardous. Would hate to see an accident.
these folks planted some bushes between the sidewalk and the street. The bushes grow each year and block at least 1/2 of the sidewalk. they also protrude into the street.
The hole in my yard that contains my water meter is flooded. I had noticed that the ground was wet around the outside of the lid, so I removed the lid and discovered that the cavity that holds the meter is filled with water. Pothole at intersection of N. Plymouth Road (my street) and N. Sheffield Dr. in Park Ridge East. To miss the pothole, drivers are moving to the right thereby ending up driving into the grass on the corner creating mud which gets pulled into the street.
Collins Tree Service took down a very large tree at a home on the corner of Sheffield Dr and Cambridge Dr. They have left the street and gutter absolutely full of saw dust. Also, there are now holes completely through the blacktop where either outriggers or heavy wood or something else very heavy went through it. Collins Tree Service.
