Corner lot property with apparently absent owner. Sidewalk on 3rd St. side of property has been covered in snow and ice for past 2 weeks. Very dangerous for pedestrians. Please notify and/or cite owner. Thank you.

A City of Bloomington Parks employee wearing his neon yellow logo'ed vest and shirt is bumming cigarettes off people on the B-line next to Kroger. If he was off duty, he had a jacket with him he could have covered up his City shirt. Instead he walked the B line smoking while people tried to jog and bike past him. What a poor representation of the City. No smoking in our parks by anyone let alone the staff.
