Van has been parked for 3 days, expired license plates and appears someone is living in it.

This car has not moved for a week... someone appears to be living in it. Is this really acceptable? One week ago I was sent this email. David, Hello. A Downtown Resource Officer spoke with the owner today and is in the process of attempting to help them with repairs so the van can be moved in the near future. This is one of the sidewalks on my route to school, the library, the grocery story. It is so uneven that I have a very hard time navigating it in my power chair.

This sidewalk is so uneven that I cannot navigate it safely with my power chair. Even if we are going to the WonderLab, we usually cross to the south side of the street for this block and then back to the north side again to continue on our way.

Over grown weeds in yard. Can’t see if anyone is walking on the sidewalk if entering walker street. Been that way for years. For the pedestrian safety the weeds need taken down
