The B-line trail pavement stones are completely iced over. I fell going through this part between Kirkwood and 4th St today and watched many others tip-toe through. It needs salt to melt the ice ASAP!
Corner lot property with apparently absent owner. Sidewalk on 3rd St. side of property has been covered in snow and ice for past 2 weeks. Very dangerous for pedestrians. Please notify and/or cite owner. Thank you.

A City of Bloomington Parks employee wearing his neon yellow logo'ed vest and shirt is bumming cigarettes off people on the B-line next to Kroger. If he was off duty, he had a jacket with him he could have covered up his City shirt. Instead he walked the B line smoking while people tried to jog and bike past him. What a poor representation of the City. No smoking in our parks by anyone let alone the staff.
