U-report 191557 says resolved. My opinion not this overgrowth is in the faces of the service. I hire to mow the city alley. If I have to remove snow from sidewalks in the winter for safety, this overgrowth is a hazard. It contains poison ivy and is very close to falling into my off street parking. Civic duty take care of it homeowners.
Property is a jungle. Can anything be done to force the owner to do some trimming?
Behind the fence at 323 S. Davisson it has not been tended this entire year. Overgrowth is between seven and 8 feet and height and thoroughly filled with poison ivy. I believe poison ivy is considered invasive noxious. This needs to be taken care of. Turned into reports this year already no effect would like to see something happen.
Matt owns a property downstream of this 819 1/2 W Kirkwood that is experiencing drainage issues. The alley causes ponding back on his property.

I am requesting a ditch or pipe be installed in the wooded easement south of my property that will move the water out to the storm drain that was recently installed last year on Waldron Street in front my house. On April 13th of this year, we received a lot of rain in just a couple hours and I noticed most of the water was coming from the wooded easement South of my house and running down into my yard, pooling up and overflowing down near my basement (where i've had flooding from the street runoff in years past). The grate cover of a drain in a parking lot here had fallen into the drain. The drain is located inside an HOA called Madison Park. We got the cover out and reinstalled it, but it is bent and needs to be replaced. Would this be a City responsibility or the responsibility of the HOA? Thank you for your help!
Hi, these two drains are partially clogged with gravel. I cleaned them with my hands but there’s a lot of dirt and gravel covering them and I don’t have time today to clean them properly. It would be really helpful if you could please remove the gravel from the drains, and from around the drains too. Thanks so much!

Live in Prospect Hill and have noticed the storm sewer drains have not been cleaned . Many of them are caked with mud, twigs etc.
