Caller to HAND reporting unsafe conditions & activity taking place in vacant house and shed that have been ongoing for at least two years. In addition to overgrown grass, that a Compliance Officer has been addressing/issuing citations for, there are people accessing the abandoned shed & vehicle leaving needles in the yard. She is concerned for the neighborhood children, her own safety when trying to run people off and the effect the problem is having on the adjacent properties. The trash for the Killion Building apartment complex has not been picked up in weeks and is starting to get scattered all over the parking lot behind my house. I have spoken with Woodington Management prior to this about the same issue about a month ago but it is happening again.

These tenants never put back their trash and recycling bins. The sidewalk is narrow and the road busy. I sometimes have to take my dog into busy 3rd St. to get around the bins. Problem is at 411 3rd St. and has been an ongoing problem.
