Bainbridge Drive from Elliston to Laura Way has needed paving for the last couple of years. Since it is not on the paving list this year couple you please repair the numerous potholes in this section. The pavement in the curve has alligator cracking which means there is a structural problem and will continue to get worse. Thanks

Our trash can was not emptied today. This issue has happened more than once. Could you please tell me why? We have done everything that we're supposed to do--the trash can is on the subside and more than six feet away from the mailbox. You pick up trash from my neighbors because I can see the other trash cans are sideways or show other signs of being moved. Why leave us out? I am not happy to come home and have to deal with the trash (yet again) that has become very stinky for sitting there under the sun and will become even more so if I wait for another week. My cell phone is 3145188305. Thanks a lot!

I reported that our trash was not picked up on Thursday as it should have been. I received a message from Rhea Carter at noon, saying "We picked up today." I just checked my waste cart. The cart has not been moved and the trash bag is still in it.

Workers grinding the sidewalk are generating significant clouds of silica dust. Silica-generating grinding operations are supposed to be controlled by water or vacuum. The vacuum systems they are using are clearly ineffective. This is clear if you watch them work, it's also clear if you examine a recently ground section of sidewalk. Significant concrete dust remains on the sidewalk surface because the vacuum isn't picking it up. The city is substituting a respiratory hazard for a trip hazard. I don't want to get these guys in trouble, but would appreciate if the city would ensure they're using water or effective vacuum controls.
