I am hopeful this form is the correct place to submit this concern: On or before 2/21/2020 I noticed that my front-yard sewer plate thing is all ripped up and askew like I've never seen it before and it just don't seem right. A clump of trees rooted in the drainage culvert rocks as it crosses under Benson Ct. fell into our yard during the storm. Does the city remove them because they were part of the culvert?

In front of the driveway there is a pothole that everyone hits when rounding the curve of the street. It is continually eroding the blacktop and also the concrete curb area.
