Location - 2001 East Marilyn Drive Issue - rain water is collecting and pooling in front of our home. We believe that it is caused by drainage system built on the "high" side of the road that is poorly engineered and inadequate for this area. Solution - we would like to discuss what it would take to get a curb with an inlet that would connect to the drainage system across the road.
I live on Marilyn Drive. I park a vehicle overnight on the street. I just want to make sure this is OK. I have read the ordinance where I must park going the same direction as traffic and I must not obstruct traffic, i.e. I need to make sure there is 12 feet for traffic to pass by. I just want to make sure on this. There are no - NO Parking signs on our street. During the snow storm I did make a point of not park on the street overnight so the snow plows could get through. Last night - around 8:00PM there was a drone flying and then stopping above our house for about a 15 minute period. Cannot I find out who this was and what the nature of the data collection was?
We had a storm water drain added a few years back (THANKS- we really appreciate the added drain) - The issue is that the drain causes accumulation of standing water at the base of the drain. We have had an abundance of mosquitos the last few years - & last year Trudy contacted meningitis - so we want to be careful and mitigate any risk! Is there a way the drain basin could be have aggregate (stone or grave) to the standing water? We appreciate your help - Kevin & Trudy Keough -
We continue to have storm water pooling in the drain in front of our house. The fiber optic guys are here AGAIN! The are digging and drilling through our property. They asked if they could take down some of our fence to do their work. They admit they are back because they did not do a good job BEFORE. Our issue - we are concerned of that these contractors will damage our property sewer and/or water lines and we will be the ones stuck to deal with the aftermath of repairs and expense of repairs. Issue 2 - We have no idea on how to communicate with these guys!! What are our RiGHTS! Can you guys help us out? We feel helpless!
