Excessive growth, person on phone said house has been vacant for 4 years.
Overgrown grass, have called Number on the rental sign but nothing has been done 812-322-1215
2 trailers parked in grass 1313 Matlock, also residence being used for commercial services, employees park and take work vehicles during day, often returning work vehicles late at night, blocking street as they back into property, not zoned for business
I've been emailing for a year now about the fact that I am being billed for a medium garbage can but actually have a small one. Perhaps this method will work better.
Abandoned property, cars, trash, etc. Attracting animals, trash strewn about yard.
1626 E. Treadwell and associated streets out to Headley Road are in need of new blacktop. Your schedule runs out in 2018. Treadwell has been in the city paying taxes for over ten years. Thanks

Structure appears to be in state of disrepair, "ready to fall down."
For the entire 12 years we have lived next door to our neighbor, Roger Reading, 2403 N. Browncliff Ln., he has left piles of trash and inoperable cars on his property. We have asked him many times to clean it up, and he occasionally has complied, only to resume using his driveway and surrounding area as his open trash can and junkyard. He fills the unused cars with trash, throws trash on the ground (sometimes right next to trash and recycling bins), animals get into it and spread it around, etc. The current tally of neglected cars is 6--one in his open garage, surrounded by garbage, and five in his driveway (part of which we share as easement to Browncliff). I was once also in his home as per his invitation to help him locate a waterline break. It is also filled with trash and is in a state of utter disrepair. The one photo you allow me to attach does not come close to doing justice to the extent of this mess. We are tired of allowing him to affect our sanitation and property values.
