Says property next door has been abandoned over a year. Metal sticking out of the walls and children play there. Safety hazard. See AO's #4710, 6442, 7115 also. Pls continue to monitor and let Mr. Jones know what we can or can't do.
SEWER ODOR IN HOME AND OUTSIDE. CUSTOMER WAS ADVISED TO POUR WATER DOWN UNUSED DRAINS AND THAT WE WOULD COME CHECK OUR MAINS.
