Recieved an email saying there WAS NO ISSUE AT THIS TIME. BULLSHIT, DID YOU EVEN LOOK? I am looking at literally PILES of garbage on their back porch, and loose bags of garbage in their front yard next to their city refuse cans. FINE THEM. THEY ARE ALWAYS DOING THIS, THAT IS NOT AN EXAGGERATION. I LITERALLY PICK THEIR GARBAGE OUT OF MY YARD EVERY DAY.
Neighbors leaving trash in bags on ground in front and back yard, animals get into them, debris flies into my yard. Constantly.
Per EPA Tip or Complaint: My neighbor at 1650 W 8th Street in Bloomington, Indiana is constantly dumping his trash in his own yard. It then proceeds to blow into my yard from wind. If you check the public record of complaints against this property you will see this has been going on for literally years. Cops and local authorities(Housing and Neighborhood Development) only ever fine the tenants, and I'm getting tired of this blatant violation/ disrespect for the environment and neighbors.

Junk car disabled on Habitat Street. Hoarding of metal and useless junk, clothing strewn about along with open storage containers and items not for out door use between houses. How can the city let this kind of pollution go on for years ? So disgusting and disrespectful. John Hamilton should be ashamed for not doing something about the weak codes concerning this issue which is all too common in this town.The mayor himself said he would “look” into it years ago.
