Hello-I have already reported this neighbor a month ago and nothing has either been done or changed...He refuses to mow his lawn. This happens every summer. My house is ready to go on sale and I don't want his lawn looking like this to hinder my chances of selling my home. It is so frustrating dealing with this neighbor's lawn every summer.

Overgrown grasses in tree plot blinking sidewalk passage. Also tree branch blocking sidewalk on other side of driveway
City removed Bradford Pear Tree from tree plot years ago, but left stump, which becomes overgrown and grows over sidewalk each summer. Please remove.
Overgrown yard/weeds around fence are in the way of sidewalk passage. Also, a street tree was removed, but has overgrown the area.
