Residents leaving trash at the side of the house. Neighbors complaining of the smell.

A citizen called in reagrding tenants moving and leavin 8-10bags of un-tagged trash. Sent saintation crews to collect there were 17 bags and a trash can. Director of sanitation collected the trash and noticed that the door to this unit was open and that there are approx 15 and 20 more bags and matteresses inside the unit.
