trash pickup for rental property.....It's myunderstanding that
trash pickup at 3952 Rosewood Ct. This has been a rental (with up to 10 persons and their guests) since last fall when the ownership of the house changed. I read on the city's website that trash pickup is only for homeowners. Can you please investigate and get back to me? Thanks.
Over the past few weeks, I've seen a skinny, medium sized dog in the parking lot who is skittish and vanishes into the nearby wooded area. He is warm brown, seems to be a boxer mix possibly. I've seen him a number of times - I'm not sure he's a threat to people because he's so scared, but it is starting to get cold outside.
We can see a stand of bamboo (not sure what kind) along the north edge of Winslow Woods, which is adjacent to the property mentioned above.
There is a tree branch laying on the fence at our property located at 1003 Keri Marie Lane in Bloomington, IN and the tree branch has fallen from a tree that seems to be on the city easement property behind our fence. We would like to request that the city send someone out to investigate and remove the branch from our fence. Thank you!
Homeless encampment in the woods on what I can only gather is public land but I'm not sure if someone owns it. They have completely trashed the area in and around these woods. They do drugs, are loud and dangerous. They have a bunch of cars and trash on N Summit close to the woods they stay in. There is trash all around the vehicles. I don't think they should be allowed to trash the neighborhood and cause issues.
Person living in RV. Junk everywhere. Vehicles parked in yard
This address operates a full time AirBnB. The city should be aware in the event that the owner is not paying property taxes at the rental rate.
There is a heap of Bird and VEO scooters blocking the sidewalk in by Kilroys on the SE corner.
the issue is the begging for money on the side of the road. Your ayyempt to curb this distraction to traffic by putting up a few signs that say " no loitering panhandeling or soliciting" well a good attempt, i feel has missed the mark. Any signage should be aimed at the motorists that get a feeling of guilt, offer money, perpetuating this roadside begging. I suggest a sine at the hot locations for begging stating the positive offerings in Bloomington ."Bloomington offers: 4 homeless shelters Social services: *center stone *shalom community ctr. *weeler mission *new hope for families *middle way house *monroe county united min. A sign such as this would let the motorists know that there is a social network in bloomington aimed at helping such individuals and not giving them a handout in the middle of traffic is an ok option john riebau 920 404 0233 thanks.
