This man named Adam Naugle is containing birds of prey (falcons) within his property and doesn’t let them out. At least one has died from his neglect. He has lost at least 6 raptors because of his neglect as well. He currently has a dog under one year of age that he regularly abuses. The dog shows abuse reactive tendencies towards this man (running and yelping if he raises a hand). He has body slammed her bc she peed in the house bc he doesn’t let her out for over 12 hrs or she chews something bc he leaves her without food, water, or toys in his truck for long periods. This man should never be allowed to own pets again. He also owes the IRS because he does not pay his taxes properly. Beware the man does own many guns and some are illegal including a sawed off shot gun.
Accessibility Issue: Potholes, torn up street, difficult for wheelchairs to navigate around this and there are two people who have wheelchairs that have to do it regularly.
Dead deer, large carcass against sidewalk on south side of Hillside Ave
Debris from large tree branches that broke off of tree on roadway at corner of 7th and Indiana Avenue. Dangerous for cars driving through.
The street light at the end of our driveway (also the end of Blue Ridge Ct.) is not coming on every night. Tonight it did not come on.
I am not able to find out what day I can put out my Christmas tree for pickup. The site says it will be picked up according to scheduled yard waste pickup. Then the link takes me a schedule beginning in April.
The whole stretch of East Moores Pike between Sare Rd and Andrew Circle needs drainage work. Whenever there's even a little rain the ground either side of the road drains into the road for a week after. There's black ice all over it pretty much all winter and it's a fast road on a steep hill. During even light rain it's deep enough to cause hydroplaning.
A tree on southside of road, between gate and parking lot, has partially fallen and is hung up on a tree on northside of road. Leaning enough to possibly prevent vehicles with bikes on top from going past.
Was there a rationale for the recent (this summer) changes to this intersection? With the closure of the 2nd lane of 3rd street it's dangerous to enter from Mitchell now. You're angled terribly to look for oncoming traffic unless you can crane your neck 120 degrees back and to the right. Also, as traffic heads east on 3rd street (from Mitchell) they block any visibility you might have. Are there plans to sort this out with a light, stop sign, or anything?
