Ms. Smith reported that the sanit. crews took one of her trash cans. Whe wanted it replaced, so anit. crews delivered one to her on March 7, 2000.

There is trash all over the back yard of the Powell Daycare which is located directly behind Mr. Roberts house. He stated that half the block is mess.
