The street lamp at the end of the cul-de-sac on Rolling Rock Drive goes off and on throughout the night. It doesn't stay on consistently.

Several trash bags out by fence that separates property for months and has stray cats and rodents in it.

Deep hole left by breaking away of roadbed on North side of 10th street near Woodbridge side of guardrail. May have damaged tire.

Light is on timer. Turns red when no one is there and backs up traffic on Bloomfield rd. During rush hours especially bad. Why isn’t it on a trip system

as previously reported here: https://bloomington.in.gov/crm/tickets/view?ticket_id=169945 this hole in the sidewalk has been around since at least July 2018 (As seen via Google Street View). WHEN WILL IT BE REPAIRED?
