West bound traffic on Country Club, at the intersection of Rogers, has to wait for invisible cars in the North bound turn lane of the East bound Country Club traffic.
This is my 2nd report ( maybe 3rd) for this condition.
I'm a regular traveler on Country Club and I see that the turn light gets activated 100% of the time, regardless of cars being present or not.

Constant notes on car for parking when there is no evident issue with parking. I'm afraid they will bust my window next. I have contacted the apartment manager and they say there is nothing they can do. I believe an investigation should be started to find out who is writing the notes. I have a valid permit for parking in the complex. But my designated spot was taken. So I parked in another available spot.
