There is an unsecured steel road plate covering up a pot hole, it is not secure and dangerous. It also makes a loud, echoing noise all day and night and residents in neighboring apartment buildings hear the banging all day and all night long. It needs to be secured or the pothole or road issue needs to be fixed. It's been like this for about 10 days.

The stop light at E. 3rd St and Smith Rd. takes forever to change now and it didn't used to. The traffic gets very backed up on Smith Rd.

The sidewalks at least between E. 3rd St. and E. 7th St are covered up by snow the plows pushed off the bypass. We need to walk to the stores along College Mall;, groceries,etc. Very dangerous, walking in the street hard to avoid. Thank you.
