Case #185124 can be closed. 'Seal Coating' sign in front of the pawn shop is gone.
Glass in the bike lane on E. Longview Ave. near the corner of E. Longview and Pete Ellis Dr.
The pavement in the northbound lane of Eagleson just south of the Eagleson/3rd Street intersection is slanted, bumpy, and uneven, and almost caused me to wreck my bicycle in front of oncoming traffic. Are there plans in the works to repair the sinking/uneven portion of the roadway? Thank you. (The pavement on Eagleson between Hunter and Atwater is also sinking, but I can avoid that by riding my bicycle in the left lane.)
The backyard and deck area are extremely overgrown and unkept. The property is a student rental house and the owners do not maintain the area.
The B-Line Trail north of 2nd Street is starting to get pretty rough. The pavement is buckling up and breaking apart. There are a lot of bumps and rough road that is dangerous for users of the trail.
On the west side of the intersection at Covenanter and College Mall Road there is a lot of sand and gravel in the road as of a few days ago.
The parking garage entrance on Morton between 6th and 7th as of 2pm today had a problem. The EXIT sign over the exit by the street was hanging down. Only one corner seemed attached.
The crosswalk signal buttons aren't working at W 3rd and Kimble Dr. This is a super busy intersection and an everyday part of my life, the light hasn't been staying red long enough for me to safely get across the road
My neighborhood located between Sherwood Oaks church and Jackson Creek middle school is currently undergoing placement of fiberoptic cables. I strongly prefer to not have this done in my yard. My neighbors seem to feel the same. It's already been done recently with Smithville (last year). They nearly hit a gas line in my neighbor's yard two houses over in our cul de sac. They did hit a water line in the yard across the street from us in the cul de sac. They seem to dig without much regard for our approval and preferences as homeowners. Do we have rights as homeowners to decline placement of these fiberoptic cables? I appreciate any correspondence. Ryan Niehaus 2515 E Caray Ct Bloomington IN
