Other/yard waste: They put yardwaste in paper sacks but then put plastic bags over them not to get wet. The plastic is now off. Could someone please pick up today.

Mr. Wheeler telephoned SG and discussed problem of fluctuation in pressure at Meadow Wood retirement center. Stated water pressure varies anywhere from25psi to 60psi on a daily basis. Also said the variation occurs with such force a loud "booming" noise can be heard in the water line to the complex. SG advised Tom Staley of the problem and Tom is investigating.
