I TALKED W/FREEMAN, COULD WE EMPTY THE BOXES OF THE YARDWASTE, BUT LEAVE THE CARDBOARD BOXES IN HER YARD. WE TOLD RESIDENT THAT WE WILL NOT TAKE THE BOXES AND THIS IS THE ONLY TIME.

Ms. Meyers would like for this alley to be paved, Bob Chestnut looked at this and decided that if we paved this alley it would cause drainage problems. A patch crew will be going out and patching holes in the alley. (E/W Alley that runs by the Fire Station from Rogers to Madison.)

Mr. Flanders called to seek action from the Police Department regarding his alleged assault and battery he received from a woman. He believes several different people are telling lies about him and trying to get him in trouble. He apparently was also told the matter had been turned over to the Prosecutor. I spoke with Elaine Helms on 8/20, she informed me this info would be given to the Police officer in charge of that case.
