woman dumps garbage out kitchen window, towards back end of house, says it's compost: consists of eggs, pizza, dinner rolls,tomatoes, sandwiches, burritoes, just plain garbage. Attracts bugs, animals, etc.Complaint in rental file.

Lots of excessive front yard and back yard growth. The back yard also contains a myriad of trash items such as old toilets which have been collecting water. My pest control company says mosquitoes won't get better here until something is done over there.
Home has been abandoned for years and has had windows / doors opened sometimes for months at a time. Actively smells when it is hot out. Trash in the backyard and overgrown foliage around the property which has led to an excess of pests.
