the issue is the begging for money on the side of the road. Your ayyempt to curb this distraction to traffic by putting up a few signs that say " no loitering panhandeling or soliciting" well a good attempt, i feel has missed the mark. Any signage should be aimed at the motorists that get a feeling of guilt,offer money, perpetuating this roadside begging. Pavement markings (turn arrows) need reinstalled

I park in the 4th street garage. On 10/26 at 5:15pm i found a box behind my car, the kind of box like an emergency auto kit. 3rd floor, southest corner (i was 2 cars away from the corner). I do not remember seeing it there when i arrived yesterday morning after 8 am.

Construction is just a nightmare. The road to my knowledge is open heading south but every time I try to get through, construction vehicles parked all over the street and semi’s blocking the road. Will city look into this. Happens during early hours and gets worse as the day continues.
