The residence is now a rental and there are approximately 15 people living there. The yard is a mess. There are plastic bags and trash in the front of the house that has been there since last year.

WATER BUBBLING UP IN THE BACK YARD.
Citizen called in with several questions and a trash complaint at 902 S. Rogers Street. The house is at the corner of Dodds & Rogers. The house is "For Sale" but there are mattresses and trash all over the backyard. The citizen was hoping someone could have the owner take care of the mess.
