Tenants have been storing trash in the back yard (next to the woods) for at least three months.

The occupants appear to have cleaned out their car and thrown the trash into the street. It has now blown up and down the street.
J-max no longer picks up the trash from the travel agency next to him from the alley. They now roll the dumpster out into the street in front of his house. This morning they lost some of the trash in the street and he found invioces with the travel agency name and address on it.
If this is not the right address it is the empty white house on 13th Court. Trash outside it was left open, but neighbors called police who checked it out.
Mr. Glastras states that there is trash all along side N. Adams Street on the East side just north of 7th Street and south of 10th Street. This area is near the railroad tracks. He was wondering if you notify the property owner or if you could have the group that works with people who have to do community service could clean the area.
IN THE ALLEY BETWEEN S. WASHINGTON AND S. LINCOLN AS YOU PULL OFF OF E. 2ND THERE IS TRASH.
They leave their trash cans out all week.
Blue car parked on the street has flat tires and has not moved for 3 months. (MJR, I called BPD and reported this. You should check in a week or so to see if it's gone.sj)
There is a matress & other debris in the yard again.
Continuous trash problem in this neighborhood. Residents at 1006 S. Palmer have a pile of newspapers in the front lawn; 417 E. Allen--residents set their trash out on Saturday, but trash pickup is not until Friday. 1012 S. Palmer--residents never take their trash can in after pickup. Mr. Livingston would like inspector to keep an eye on this neighborhood regarding trash.
