North of Garden Lane (c3700), the prop owner has been filling the ditch w/ lawn clippings, South of Garden Lane, the prop. owner filled the ditch w/ dirt and seeded so it doesn't look like there was a ditch. cALLER GOES TO 3RD ST. PARK ON HER LUNCH HOUR W/CO-WORKERS TO EAT. SHE SAYS IT SEEMS THERE ARE FEWER AND FEWER PICNIC TABLES FOR THEM TO EAT AT AND DOESN'T WANT TO STOP GOING TO PARK. WOULD LIKE TO SEE MORE PICNIC TABLES AND WOULD DEFINITELY LIKE A CALL BACK ASAP.
