Ms. Averitt submitted this complaint through the COB E-Governmental web site. Her neighbor who lives at 1516 Bradshire Court never mowes the grass and the grass is not 8 to 10 inches tall.
Brush pile on the south side of the YMCA; on the east side of the road.
The grass needs to be cut.
Ms. Robertson believes there is a drainage problem beside her house. The drainage is causing the grass to grow and it is not being cut. Please call Ms. Robertson and let her know what is going on.

Neighbor says house is vacant - some windows have been boarded up. Huge trash pile in backyard. yard needs to be mowed.
Next door neighbor says yard has only been mowed once this summer. They have talked to the tenants, but it has done no good..
Streets referred this to us. They received a complaint about limbs in the alley -- they said the trees are in the property owner's yard and his responsibility. The alley runs N/S between Maxwell & 1st St.
