There are several street lights out from the intersection with Adams on the west until the intersection with Rogers on the east. There are out here or there or appear to be very dim. I have seen our "pink" street lights go from normal brightness to dim even sometimes as I am passing one. What causes this? Does this mean I should try to report it?
