There is construction debris on Morton Street by a yellow house formerly owned by CFC? Who is responsible for picking it up?

There is trash and debre outside of the warehouse. Also, there is outdoor storage.

SEWER HAS BACKED UP INTO HER FLOOR DRAIN IN UTILITY ROOM.
There are two cars parked on the lawn at 1013 S. Walnut St.
The construction workers are dumping garbage into a roped off area. There is no yard dumpster and it appears that some of the items are dangerous.
There are two tanks being removed from the old gas station on the corner of 10th and Walnut Streets.
SEWER BACKUP INTO TUB, SINK, WHEN DOING LAUNDRY
The landlord is suppose to mow the lawn, but hasn't mowed for awhile and now the grass is "knee-high". She has called the landlord several times this year to get the lawn mowed.
