Said CIty is not cutting grass along Sare Rd. between David Dr. & Cranbrook (?) Condos. Said grass & weeds grown up around concrete wall & fence. Garbage cans full of water & are attracting lots of flies & mosquitos. Also...there is a large dead rat floating in trash can. Said it's bloated & huge. She said she will call the Health Dept. if we are unable to address this.
