NE corner of Palmer & Allen St. there is a house that has broken down car parked in the front of it. Newspapers were also piled on top of the car and the lawn. The house is trashed. Mr. Livingston stated that he called previously regarding this matter. However, I saw no paperwork completed to reflect this.

Other/Handle was broken on his can when trash was picked up. Wants to know if there is anything that can be done about it.
Other/Trash: Complaint - trash all over sidewalk, trash can on side still 1/2 full of trash.
Mr. Mitchell called to express concern regarding the current use of plain salt on the streets instead of a salt/sand mixture. He believes more damage is done to the car and street than necessary for that type of removal technique.
