Ms. Hoffman called on 7/8/98. There is an open sewer pipe in her backyard and has been there for about 12 years. The pipe is broken off. It has been capped before, but the cap will not stay because it is broken off. Mr. Hoffman's child fell approx. 3 days ago and injured the leg. Ms. Hoffman would like the open sewer pipe fixed.
