Our trash can lid was damaged this morning during pick up. One of the hinges was broken. It was fully operational when it was placed at the curb last night. How can this be repaired? 2006 S Sussex.

There is a fence between Meadowood and Griffey Preserve. The fence is laying on the ground with broken wires, fence posts are breaking off. Is it okay to remove the broken/bent fence between the properties. This fence is behind 1013 and 1015 Sassafras in Meadowood. I'd be happy to show someone what I'm trying to describe. Illegal business in residetial neighborhood. The residence of 3954 Fenbrook Ln. have been running a retail business out their home fot several months. We have counted as many as 40 cars a day. The average is 15-20 a day. We have several familoes with small children and all this traffic makes it unsafe for them and near impossible to drive down the street. Please enforce the ordinance.

Street light outage was reported on 10/26, but light is still out. There is a yellow tie around pole for last month, but seems to be no more work being done. This area is extremely dark and lots of foot traffic and a 4-way stop that many drivers only slow down for. Can the city please check with Duke to ensure work is being done?

There is a large pothole in the road outside of 4450 S. Darrell Drive and a smaller one next to it. Outgoing traffic hits both of them.

Older white hound type dog crying and tied up outside the back of 821 W. 1st in cold temperatures. There are multiple dogs between 819 and 821 that are generally restrained or inside but it’s a fluid situation. This dog has been crying for an hour. I need this to be anonymous. These neighbors a seem a bit frightening to me and often drive over my lawn. I’m not sure who all actually lives at address.

Our new neighbors at the corner of Stephens and Etter Dr. in Eastern Heights addition, appear to be operating an enterprise that operates primarily at night, with people arriving in cars for stays of a few minutes, often leaving their cars running in the street while disappearing into the garage, and returning with small and large packages. These are a wide range of varied vehicles, never the same, coming and going until 4am sometimes. This is a normally very quiet and subdued neighborhood with a nice mix of owner owned homes and rentals, and a variation of students and retirees and children. The appearance of this corner venture is unsettling and disruptive of neighborhood life-and I am unaware of any legal venture that operates in this fashion. It would be good if a Bloomington Police car could make occasional trips by this house and through Eastern Heights for a while. Perhaps they will be able to figure out what is going on, or at least discourage what appears to be a common nuisance. Thank You.
