The playground mulch area is getting overgrown by grass and weeds. It’s a tripping hazard for my toddler (can’t see edges of walkways and changes in elevation) and looks unsightly. Some form of weed control needs done… at minimum it needs to be mowed regularly. Thank you!!

Referring to case #183807 (May 14, 2023): Query the status of the orange safety barrier on S High Street near the intersection of High and E Wimbleton, which has been there for ages and is an eyesore. Maybe it is time to remind Duke Energy that they are supposed to do the work they need to do, so that the barrier finally can be removed.
I Parked yesterday at yorgz packing garage on North Walnut Street Sunday 08/27/2023. This is considered a free parking day I believe. The system charged my debt card twice before being let out. Please may the person concerned address this issue. Thanks David
Good mornning. While I have made reports in the past, no contact or response was ever received so I started fixing the issue myself. As you can see in the photo, I am having an issue with street erosion an you can see the area I have personally repaired out of pocket. The road is to the point now where it is crumbling apart more rapidly and causing pot holes and trip hazarda. I even have an area that a fiber optic crew crushed part of the road and have never been back to fix it. The area of concern spans approx. 35-40 feet. why is there no shade in switchyard park playground? the canopies do nothing since they are just open slats. it would be easy to cover them and create shade.
The crush walk ramps and intersection at College Mall Road and Covenanter Drive is filled with dry, gravel, and debris.
