610 park ridge road, two cars parked long-term in front yard grass lawn
See case #188239 (SW corner of Grant/9th intersection.) Long grass is still a problem. Maybe assign this to someone other than "Jo Stong", because cases assigned to that person are sometimes not dealt with in a timely manner.
Roads are very rough around Weaver Road, Snow Road, Popcorn Road
Other: It has come to the attention of the surrounding neighbors that the owner of the property attempted to evict the tenants with no luck. It is past 30 days to when many of us first learned of this. Since the clearing of the camps at Switchyard there is much more activity at this property. There is a person sleeping in their black car in the driveway. There are people on bikes in and out throughout the day and night. There are dogs without leashes. There are people yelling. The Tenants are running a very large and loud generator from 8am-11pm, so they're aware of the rules. This means no power. From what I understand, they also haven't had water in almost a year. Check previous reports to follow up on that. All of this is causing significant distress and potential health hazards to the surrounding residents. This is a nuisance and a safety concern for everyone. These tenants and the state of the building detracts from the character and well-being of the neighborhood, and despite numerous complaints, no change has been made.
Excessive overgrowth of grass, weeds and shrubs in backyard
I have been trying to report a broken traffic light at E 3rd and Woodlawn but the ureport never submits on the website. So I'm trying this.
Broken pedestrian traffic light. (I tried submitting with a photo, but it never went through.)
Why is all traffic being dangerously rerouted through residential neighborhoods on the east side from the construction?
There is a house on 731 Parkway Dr that has EXCESSIVE growth especially in back yard. Grass is as tall as fence, limbs and debris all over. Not safe and could become a fire hazard.
