Cars turning right onto the bypass from Dunn Street rarely if ever look to the right to see if a pedestrian is crossing. Please make this intersection "No Turn On Red" and also add a pedestrian delay so the intersection can be safely crossed.
After surveying several members of the Collins LLC, which is located on tenth street, a lot of us feel like a bike lane being constructed along most of tenth street would make the road much safer for pedestrians and cyclists while also improving connectivity between several crucial parts of the IU Campus: the Wells Library, the Luddy School of Informatics, the Kelley School of Business, and other key transportation points of the university that generate a lot of traffic. I feel that this route would benefit greatly from a bike lane that could help moderate the speeds of car traffic and provide more opportunities for a multimodal transportation system, making transportation more equitable and comfortable for those outside of a car.
On Woodscrest in front of the old T- Mobile building: purple Rejuv Easthetics Spa sign. Is that in the ROW? There is a similar one at the E Third entrance to the church at the corner of E Third and Woodscrest. If that also is in the ROW, let me know, then I can write INDOT.
Davis family SING sign at the corner of Clarizz Blvd across from People's State Bank (at 525). At the Mall exit. The question is if it is in the ROW.

'College Movers and Haulers' sign on a pole in front of Hoosier Express Carwash at 1215 W Second Street.
