The 3 Amigos restaurant at 601 North College Avenue has installed a permanent outdoor speaker blasting music into the courtyard residential area. I would like to see if anything can be done to limit the use of or volume on the outdoor speaker. Thanks for your assistance.

The potholes on Prow road require filling. Many overgrown branches are causing difficulty to see incoming traffic and a hazard for large trucks.

When I try to log in in order to pay my bill, I get a "Server error". I have tried several times, with two different browsers. So I thought I could at least view my bill, because I'm writing out my budget for the next pay period, and there is no way to simply access my bill to view it without going through the payment function -- which is non-functional. This new interface is NOT user friendly.

Late last month I made arrangements to have the city sanitation service pick up two old dehumidifiers this morning. Unfortunately when I got up this morning to set them out, I discovered I had no garbage stickers. (I put my garbage can out only about once every three months so I hadn't noticed). I deeply regret having made this mistake, and hope you will forgive me. I will call the sanitation office to reschedule a pickup in August or September. Thank you.

On E second Street parallel to the footbridge near Anita there is a water meter cover that has not been raised to the level of the street which makes it feel like you are driving over a pothole.

Felt uncomfortable having my family at building and trades park because homeless people were using the covered area as a place to live in relatively large numbers. They had their belongings, food items, chairs and other furniture for sleeping. It was obvious it was more for them than a day or at the park. Also they left trash around the restroom area. This is sad as it male it an unsafe atmosphere for children like a park with a playground should be. We ended up leaving early even though we live in this neighborhood.
