Sewer Problems (Sanitary Sewers)
2645 E Dekist ST

Nearly every year, in early February, the sewer backs up into my basement. The engineer reported that it is caused by large volumes of grease dumped into the sewer after Chinese New Year, then the cold, causing fatbergs to form just beyond the access at the end of the street. My basement is the lowest, so I get hit. In recent years, preventative cleaning has been scheduled–last year it did not back up! I'd like to make sure that happens again, to prevent a fifth annual sewer flood at my house.
Thank you!

Please enforce the city’s ordinance requiring property owners to clear their sidewalks within 24 hours. The frozen slush today is worse than the snow was days ago. Thank you.

When stopped eastbound, the "do not enter" sign to your left hides the stop sign on southbound Dunn St; drives do not know that Dunn St also has a stop. It would be useful to have the small "All Ways" sign under the Stop sign on 6th.

The signs giving instructions for the back-in parking should have the diagram (map) rotated 180 degrees. The standard for such diagrams is to have the direction of movement going UP the page, not down. Also, the parking spaces are shown on the right side of the diagram; it looks like you are instructed to front into spaces on the right (the small arrows pointing down are hard to notice, while the up-&-right arrow is large).
