Lots of trash and numerous toppled shopping carts in wooded area near sidewalk on southeast side of intersection of Clarizz Blvd and Buick Cadillac rd. Maybe a unhoused encampment. Trash is getting worse on daily basis.
When turning south onto Clarizz from 3rd Street, there are some exceptionally large and deep potholes. One of them is so large that I saw a sign in it that said, "For rent: 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment." The area definitely needs some care and a truckload of asphalt.

Our section of S Clifton Ave between 1st and 2nd street hasn't been plowed yet. Would be much appreciated if it could be cleared!
On S Clifton Ave between 1st and 2nd there remains significant snow. Other small streets in the vicinity show patches pavement while this one is remains packed and covered with snow. This happened in the last storm as well so I don't know if the street is getting left off of a route.
Stop stop blocked by trees
During the wind storm the other night several large branches from oak trees that hang over the road fell. We pushed what we could to the side to allow traffic to safely pass, but they need removal. Thank you.
The empty lots on Coleman Court need to be mowed. Caller did not have an address, he said to check the entire street behind the tree line and in front of the tree line.
