Sign was removed FSBO at Morningside Dr. and Smith Road, but now is back.
Grass not cut except when a complaint is filed.
Street Department started a repair on the storm culvert in her yard two months ago and has no finished the repair. She called on 7/20/95 to complain and I contacted Rodney Douglas at that time and reminded him of the project. Ms. Lawrence believes that since the hole has been left open that more damage has occurred. I told her we would reinspect.
Needs to install a mail box in the sidewalk.
Overgrown weeds and trash piled on site. No dumpsters on site.
Grass needs cut between fence and sidewalk in front of Taryian's property on Hillside Dr.
Called PW 10 days ago, re trash at Fess/Hunter (east side of Fess). Since then pile has grown.
Restripping of Sixth St. between Walnut and Washington has resulted in the elimination of six parking spaces. Don Porter has advised her that this is due to compliance with the State Ordinance and that Transit had requested easier clearance when turning right off of Walnut onto Sixth. ( see letter)
Wanted paving done and guard rail installed to protect his stone fence. Told him not feasible.
