There is a can of trash, not tagged, that has been dumped over and animals are getting into it. It is sitting in front of 2313 or 2303 N. Headly but belongs to one of the residents addresses at 2309 N. Headley. Apparently, there are 5 homes down the private road that bring their trash to Headley. Do not know which resident it belongs to.
