Clogged sewers (several) both sides, primarily north side.
Resident at 710 S Jordan is complaining that a city project is causing rats to come out and they are running around the neighborhood.

I applaud your efforts in making Bloomington a friendlier place to travel within, in regards to pedestrians and bicycles. I don't drive and have no plans or needs to in the near future. My family sometimes gets irratated by the by-pass back-ups having to take me accross town to school often but I see the workers working so I know the work will be done in a timely manner. Good Job!
Urinal in men's restroom is running non stop.
The attached photo shows the pedestrian signal at the corner of East 3rd Street and Woodscrest Drive in Bloomington. As you can see, northbound traffic on Woodscrest has a right-turn arrow at the same time that pedestrians crossing 3rd Street have a "walk" signal, which puts them directly in the path of the turning traffic. Surely this is not the way a properly designed pedestrian signal is supposed to work! Imagine the lawsuit when a motorist strikes a pedestrian in this crosswalk and it turns out they were both obeying their signals...
