When customer changed meters to Aqua Pay, both names on meter received bill for minimum amount. Customer feels this is double billing and should not be allowed.

Customer has noticed a peculiar taste to their water. Describe it as "metalic". SG asked customer if she would wish to have water tested. Customer said no, but they will call back if no improvement in a week.
