There is a dangerous intersection that needs a crosswalk and a stop sign. Cars zoom past the intersection and it’s hard for students to feel safe going between the luddy building and the Ai building

Not sure how to categorize this. Utility pole at NW corner or property is leaning east about 20 degrees off vertical with guy wires. Utility lines are hanging low enough to clip a very tall person or a truck.
Dumpster on north side of building is positioned too close to building and at an awkward angle blocking the lids from being closed.
