There is a house which is located on S. Fess (2nd house off Grimes Lane; or 2 houses north of 1220 S. Stull) which has two old pickup trucks without doors, and an old hauling trailer in the back yard. This junk has been there at least 6 months, and the resident keeps adding items of junk.

Citizen says driver of trash truck was speeding through Blue Ridge this morning, ignoring stop signs. Says this should not be allowed, especially when it is so slick out and people are pulling out of their driveways.
FYI- Rev. Brockman is a Bloomington Transit access driver and called in to notify the city that the roads are still slick throughout the city.
Ms. Hollars said the roads around her neighborhood were slick this morning and there wasn't anything done about it. (She also mentioned roads were slick around Rockport Rd. and Batchelor Middle School--County?)
