Intersection of 3rd and Pete Ellis is dangerous. Often a line for a left hand turn from 3rd develops to enter the B N parking lot. Island on 3rd doesn't allow traffic to get out of way from through traffic. Problem results in sudden braking and traffic congestion into College Mall and 3rd intersection. Residents are parking vehicles on the lawn by the front door. Back yard also full of vehicles.

Last Wednesday, cover of her brown, wheeled can was run over and will not fit over the can anymore. Doesn't know who ran over it, but says Sanit. crews always throw her can and lid in the street and wants us to do something about it.
Trash and recycling has been left outside and has blown up and down the street. Cans are left outside.
Weeds, no street lights, boarded up.
Bigfoot Store at the above location, and at 3rd and Walnut, and 10th & Walnut have illegal banners.
