T###CO### Public Works bought Ms. Walsh a new trash can because she said the crews kept throwing hers in the ditch - and now it was missing. Ken/Dirk asked to ask crews to put lid on and set it back on the driveway when empty.

10-15 bags of trash at rear of house. Trash scatteed throughout the parking lot.
Sofa "almost on the sidewalk" full of trash & has been there for weeks.

There has been a refrigerator & a washer or dryer sitting in front of garage since this summer. Complaintant concerned about refrigerator being unsafe to children.
