Weeds in backyard are over 2 feet tall.

Cars parking on the lawn.
And 1202 N. Walnut St. - trash for months in alley & all around property. Owner is Scott Nafe - see attached owner info.
Construction debris still left here with other trash as well. See owner info attached.
On 9/2 a car pulling a trailer filled his dumpster. Cost them an extra pick-up. Plate # is 53S 2060. He called the police dept & was told to call CE. He does not want any legal action taken on individual but would like a name & address so that he could write them about this incident.
Alley behind this property full of yard clippings, tree limbs etc. Skunks, racoons, snakes, opossums, & probably rats live in this. Complaintant said they have complained before but "no action from the city". See attached letter from complaintant for more info.
Abandoned truck full of junk, car in back yard, yard full of junk, truck topper full of trash.
Neighbor has buried his downspouts with ends coming out on her property causing her yard to be wet all the time. One in front & another in rear by fenceline. Didn't know if he is allowed to do this or not. (Wk ph good after 9/10/96)
Talbot's leaves their trash & boxes stacked up behind bldg. Wind blows trash into alley & all over the place. He has spoken w/mgr. of Talbot's but problem still exists. He would like Talbot's to get an enclosure of some type for their trash to prevent this from happening again & again.
Ms. Davis stated that her water has been yellowish in color since Saturday (8/24). She can smell chemicals in the water. Ms. Davis further stated that she took a purifier off her water last Saturday due to low water pressure.
